Plain-English: We’ll make it right if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken/tampered container.

We stand behind every bottle we ship. Because our products are personal-care items, all sales are final except when an item arrives damaged on delivery (e.g., broken glass, leaking contents, or a compromised/tamper-evident seal). In those cases, we’ll quickly replace the item or issue a refund—your choice—once we verify the issue.

What qualifies as “damaged on delivery”

Note: For safety and hygiene, we can’t accept returns of opened or used products for preference-based reasons (scent, texture, etc.).

How to request a replacement or refund

  1. Within 7 days of delivery, email etnaturals@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description.
  2. Attach clear photos of: (a) the outer shipping box, (b) inner packaging, and (c) the damaged product.
  3. Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps; the carrier may request inspection.

Once approved, we will offer either a free replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method (product price and applicable taxes; original shipping may be excluded where law permits). Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval.

Do I have to send anything back?

Usually, no return is required for items damaged on delivery. If a return is needed to complete the claim, we’ll provide a prepaid label and the return address during the RMA process.

Items that aren’t eligible

If you experienced irritation or an allergic reaction, please discontinue use and consult a physician. Ingredient lists are provided so you can check for known sensitivities prior to purchase.

Lost, late, or misdelivered packages

If tracking shows a package is stuck in transit or lost, contact us and we’ll help file a carrier claim. If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier; we’ll assist where possible. Reshipments for address errors may require additional postage.

Your rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. Where state or federal law provides additional remedies, we will honor them.
