• Orders/Payments. When you purchase, you’re redirected to PayPal or Venmo. Those providers process your payment details. We do not receive or store card numbers or bank info.
• Testimonials. If you submit a testimonial (Google Forms), we collect what you enter (e.g., name, location, rating, comments). Submissions are reviewed before publishing.
• Messages & email. If you email us or submit a site form, we keep the info needed to reply and support you.
• Basic usage data. Our host (Netlify) may log standard data (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security/operations.

How we use information

• Fulfill and support orders.
• Moderate and display testimonials you approve for publication.
• Respond to questions and provide customer service.
• Improve our website and prevent abuse/fraud.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers we use to run the site:

• PayPal / Venmo for payments.
• Google Forms & Sheets for testimonial collection/moderation.
• Netlify for site hosting (and Netlify Forms, if enabled).

We don’t sell your personal information.

Cookies

Our pages are mostly cookie-light. Third-party services (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Google) may set cookies when their content is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

Order/support records are kept as needed for business, legal, and tax purposes. Testimonials are kept until you ask us to remove them or we remove them during moderation.

• Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your info: etnaturals@outlook.com.
• Ask us to remove a published testimonial anytime.

If you’re in a region with specific privacy rights (e.g., California/EEA), contact us and we’ll honor applicable requests.

Children

Our products and site aren’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect children’s personal information.
